Meet Your Instructor
Hi, I'm Kelly, owner of Blissful Babies Massage & Yoga and Sun Moon Yoga & Wellness. With over 20 years of experience in yoga, Pilates, and massage therapy, I've taught and worked with clients worldwide. My journey includes working with renowned studios like Triyoga and Neal's Yard Remedies in London, and studios across Europe, Asia, and Australia. I also owned and ran my own yoga and wellness studio in Perth, Western Australia. As a mum of two, I've specialised in prenatal and postnatal yoga, baby massage, and paediatric sleep and development. I trained in these areas while pregnant with my first son, and continued to teach with him and my younger son by my side. Daily massage with my boys has been a special way to connect, calm, and comfort them – it's been a gift for our family. Now, when they ask me for "soft hands" and it reminds me of the power of touch.
